About Larry Hill

Larry Hill Principal Consultant of CalPro Research and co-founder. He is a researcher, technologist, data scientist, author, coach and change agent. He has over thirty years of management and consulting experience. Larry’s corporate experience is centered in Silicon Valley where he led information technology projects for high-tech companies such as Silicon Graphics, PMC Sierra, SynOptics and others. Some of these projects were multi-million dollar efforts and international in scope. One of these projects generated a $30 million-dollar cost savings in less than one year.

As a corporate consultant and executive coach, Larry has helped start-up entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 executives and everything in between. He has experience across a wide variety of industries including: high-tech, hospitality, construction, financial services, non-profit, medical, pharmaceutical, and veterinary. He has an impeccable track record for helping executives simplify strategic issues with an emphasis on execution, feedback and continuous improvement.

Larry and his wife, Lori, founded CalPro Research in 2002 and have helped hundreds of companies implement continuous improvement programs through their survey, benchmarking and action-planning services. Clients benefit with increased market-share and employee engagement. CalPro Research works with a wide variety of industries, and their benchmarking programs have become the industry standard for hundreds of veterinary hospitals and over 20 university teaching hospitals.

Larry is a native of Silicon Valley and a graduate of the University of San Francisco with degrees in Information Systems Management and Business Administration. He has several certifications such as Life Coach and Professional Behavioral Analyst. He is an ordained pastor through the International Association of Ministries and has held several non-profit Board of Director positions. He lives in Rocklin, California with his wife, Lori. They have three adult children, their spouses, and three grandchildren.

Larry & Lori are also the authors of the The Dokimos Project which is a 12-week intensive spiritual gym experience. Dokimos is a Greek word that means "integrity" and the training is designed to help people in the workplace discover their true identity, spiritual authority, journey of hope and healing and thereby gain clarity on God’s call for their life as a professional in the workplace.
