Larry Hill

Co-Founder, Principal Researcher & Consultant

Researcher, technologist, and coach with 30+ years leading data-driven change — from Silicon Valley programs to multi-hospital improvement initiatives.

Larry led information-technology projects for companies including Silicon Graphics, PMC-Sierra, and SynOptics — some international in scope, including a $30M cost-savings initiative.

As a consultant and executive coach, he has supported startups to Fortune 500 firms across technology, hospitality, construction, financial services, nonprofit, medical, pharmaceutical, and veterinary sectors.

With Lori Hill, he founded CalPro Research in 2002. Their benchmarking programs are used by hundreds of veterinary hospitals and more than 20 university teaching hospitals.

He holds degrees in Information Systems Management and Business Administration (University of San Francisco) and certifications including Life Coach and Professional Behavioral Analyst. He is an ordained pastor through the International Association of Ministries.

Larry & Lori are also authors of the Dokimos Project, a 12-week “spiritual gym” experience (dokimosproject.com).

Leads the client experience end-to-end. Background spans public accounting, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship with a focus on service excellence.

Ordained pastor through the International Association of Ministries. Avid traveler with a goal to visit all 50 states.
