When you browse our website, some information is collected automatically. Your browser may provide us with your IP address, the pages you visit, the time and duration of your visit, your approximate geographic location, device type, and operating system. This information is used in aggregated form to help us understand usage trends and improve our website.
We also collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as through surveys, forms, onboarding requests, or direct communication with our team. This may include your name, role, email address, practice name, and your survey responses.

Surveys & Forms
When you participate in surveys, contests, or forms, we collect only the information you choose to provide. We do not sell or share your personal information. If we collect responses on behalf of a client, those responses are shared only with that specific client.
Non-identifying, aggregated data (such as numerical ratings) may be used to help build benchmarking datasets and veterinary-industry trends. Individual survey responses are not shared with any other party.
