Your Privacy Matters To Us!

CalPro Research Privacy Policy

CalPro Research, LLC is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its members, customers, and visitors. This privacy policy describes what information we will collect from visitors, survey takers and purchasers, and how we use that information once it is collected. This policy does not apply to the practices of any third party, affiliate, or business partner that we do not own or control.

Collection of Data

If you browse our web site, you do so anonymously. We log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to tell us: which parts of our web site you visit, the time of visit, how long you spend there, your geographical location, the type of computer, and the operating system you are using. Your browser automatically supplies us with this information. We use this information from our server logs to learn more about our visitors as a group, not about you as an individual. The information helps us identify overall usage patterns and trends on the site. We also collect information you choose to supply to us through web-based forms and surveys.

Use of Cookies

We occasionally use cookies to manage your online session (shopping cart, survey, etc.) with us. If your browser is configured to accept cookies, the unique ID is stored on your computer and sent back to our web server. At the present time, cookies will be deleted automatically when you quit the browser. This may change in the future as we strive to personalize your web experience with us.

Web Site Surveys, Contests, and Other Forms

We obtain information you provide to us in connection with forms, surveys, and contests, such as: your name, address, e-mail address and your responses to our questions. We collect information about you only if you voluntarily provide such information within these forms. We do not share this information with anyone other than through the processes associated with the services documented on our web site. For example, if we collect your survey responses on behalf of one of our clients, then your survey responses are only shared with our client. We may also use non-identifying information you supply to us (e.g., ratings and numerical answers) in order to build industry benchmarks, aggregates and trends. Your survey responses are not shared with any other party. We view your privacy as one of our top concerns.

Jurisdiction

We comply with the The California Consumer Privacy Act for the collection, retention and data management of any personal information gathered. Information on this law can be found at: oag.ca.gov  and www.caprivacy.org.

Disclosure

We retain the right to release your personal information to proper authorities when required by law or believe that we must release the information in order to: (a) satisfy a legal order or comply with legal process; (b) defend the rights of CalPro Research or its affiliates or business partners; or (c) protect the personal safety of CalPro Research employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers, or site users.
